As mentioned above, we are beginning to see prices of tankless water heaters coming down. Of course, a lot of the price really depends on the type and size of tankless water heater that you are interested in purchasing. Rheem offers a whole house tankless unit for around $600 and is designed for a 1 to 2 bath home.

You can pick up larger and smaller units depending on your needs and prices tend to range from the $400′s up past a $1000 depending on what you want.
